A Letter from the Field:

Midland Music Camp

A few hours after the final concert in our previous location we had arrived in Camp Mihaska for Midland Music Institute. CAST members were assigned to each student choir and also sang in faculty chorus. We also taught the Drama Elective and assisted in Dance and Piano.

Because of the number of students that were in a Major Track Class, CAST created a Visual Arts Track in where the students were free to express themselves in many artistic mediums.

As a highlight of the week, on Monday we performed two sections of our “Lost and Found” show and Jesus Theatre. As we were sweating in the Missouri heat the Holy Spirit was at work. At the altar call, many groups of children came forward to accept Jesus Christ.
