- SMT application
- Corps Officer endorsement
- Divisional Commander endorsement
- Divisional Youth Secretary endorsement
- Recommendation #1 (Teacher/Employer)
- Recommendation #2 (Spiritual Mentor)
- Recommendation #3 (Non-relative adult who can comment on your character, spiritual life, and work ethic)
