The Rescue Center is a residential facility for up to 40 children and young people who have been trafficked into labor and the sex industry.  The ethos of the center is that the children rescued spend around three months at the center, receiving counseling, and attending school.  During this time, their home community is visited, and any family counseled, to try to reconnect the child with his or her home village, so that the child has cultural and community roots.

The center is in need of funding for the day-to-day running operations: food, clothes, school materials, as well as payment of staff. They also want to start income generating projects like pig rearing, chicken farming, vegetable growing, things which would both assist the center, but also help teach the youngsters skills for life.
