The Story of The Day I Failed

6.73It was Mexican Independence Day. I grew up in Mexico so this is a big deal for me. Cheap breakfast – $0.20. Usual Wednesday lunch with friends from work – a Slice of Chorizo, Onion, Jalapeño Pizza and Soda – $3.78. Mexican Candy for dessert – $0.15. So far this day = $4.13.

I really want a Mexican taco for supper. Well, actually I want two or three, but I knew I could not afford more than one based on my budget. And I want a Mexican taco, so I won’t be darkening the door of Taco Bell today (or any day, really!) So I go online to check the price of one steak taco from my favorite Mexican food chain. Yes! I can afford one taco and stay within my budget so that is where I head when I am done with activities at church.Taco

I order my one steak taco. No drink, nothing extra (they are now charging extra for lime?!) He tells me the total is $2.39! What? That is definitely more than the price listed online! Ugh! Fail. On my second day of this challenge… I failed. Since I failed, I went home and drank a can of soda too. I mean, if I already failed, I might as well do it epically. But I feel very Mexican. I had chorizo, jalapeños, Mexican candy and an authentic Mexican taco. So…. That’s a Win and a Lose? Hmmm.   :-/

Total for Mexican Independence Day: $6.73.

It seems too complex and very broad for me. I’m
looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the

Hello! I know this is kind of off-topic however I had to ask.

Does managing a well-established blog such as yours take a
massive amount work? I am brand new to running a blog however I do write in my diary
everyday. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my own experience and thoughts online.

Please let me know if you have any ideas or tips for new aspiring bloggers.
    Thankyou!

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the structure of
your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to
say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2
images. Maybe you could space it out better?
