SMT Kenya – Update #3

Team Kenya spent this past week in the Kangundo Division. We arrived there on Wednesday and went to work visiting buildings and evangelizing in the village market. During our stay in this area we were able to visit many schools which gave us the chance to interact with many children.

While in this division we were able to participate in a youth rally and a crusade. We led songs and did a devotional for the youth rally. At the crusades our team presented the Everything Skit. It was amazing to see the children understand this song and our movements. Our team was taken back by the number of children who crusaded through a village singing praises to God.

On Sunday we split into two groups andvisited two corps; Kathiini Corps and the Kwamwenze Corps. Both groups enjoyed being able to fellowship with the officers and soldiers of these corps. Our team is loving the hospitable nature of Kenya because it gives us the opportunity to fellowship longer.

Today our group visited the TCO (Training College for Officers). We enjoyed sharing with the Cadets and answeringtheir questions about our territory’s CFOT. We were able to tour the compound and give a talk on our Cadet training process in the Central Territory.

Tomorrow morning our team leaves for five days in the Nakuru Division. Please pray for safe travels. We are excited to see what God has in store for this week!

Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing months of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any solutions to protect against hackers?
