For the past week, our team has really been blessed by the Bãlți Corps. Our team led another Hawaiian themed day camp at the corps. The week included morning exercise, fun ways to present Bible stories, dancing, and games. The highlight of the week was Thursday, where we taught the Gospel story. After the lesson, we had an alter call and gave the children an opportunity to pray and give their life to Christ. Around 50 children responded and it was truly a blessing to witness that moment.
Each evening after the camp, we had different opportunities as a team. One day, we were invited to Bible study where Melissa gave a devotional before a fun and competitive Bible Jeopardy. Another day, the team enjoyed a youth night, for which we played games with the teens. There was a fun night of bowling with other leaders from the camp. The officers also took us to see the Țipova cave monastery, which is the largest cave monastery in Europe. This week, we traveled to Edineț and will help with another day camp.
We ask that you continue to pray for our team as we are soon finishing our time here in Moldova.
